Shipping
We ship to addresses across Australia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. You will get an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times are estimates. Public holidays, weather and carrier delays can add time.
Returns and refunds
Because the mat is used in the shower, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at chasehoffman_67@outlook.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
